Steve Cleere is in charge of managing the resources of TMI to give the most effective and efficient service to our clients. His responsibility impacts all Accounts as well as internal and external services. His goal is to provide both strategic counsel and tactical direction for the wide range of TMI clients.
His work in cutting-edge disciplines, including co-op software development, promotion evaluation and key account profitability, led Steve to co-found TradeMarketing, Inc., a marketing services Agency dedicated to assisting manufacturers in marketing to and through the retail trade.
In his Agency career, Steve has worked in Account Management at Doyle, Dane, Bernbach, Dailey & Associates, and Mars Advertising, where as Vice President, Account Services, he managed national co-operative marketing programs. Because of Steve's intimate contact with retail, he is able to focus TMI support services on specific client needs and real-world applications.
As a leader in the trade marketing and co-marketing field, Steve helps develop and serves as speaker at several national conferences each year. His articles on the issues facing marketers have appeared in such publications as Brand Marketing, Food & Beverage, and TradeWinds. Steve is also a guest lecturer at San Francisco and Sonoma State Universities on advertising and promotion.
